Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a visionary Head of Partner Solutions to lead the retirement division's partner growth. You will own executive-level relationships, set strategic partner plans, and drive revenue growth through current and new institutional partners.

The role requires deep experience in financial services, strategic partnerships, and P&L accountability, with a focus on expanding retirement solutions and enterprise capabilities. Hybrid work is preferred with East Coast locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in financial services, retirement, benefits, consulting, institutional partnerships, or related partnership-driven business with senior leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success growing partnerships, driving sales, retention, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner-management strategy for institutional and strategic partners in retirement division.
• Accountable for partner-sales targets, retention, profitability, and share-of-wallet expansion.
• Build executive-level relationships and strategic plans with key partners across Ascensus and partner ecosystems.
• Lead growth initiatives, coordinate internal resources, and ensure compliant, high-value client experiences.
• Represent Ascensus Retirement at industry events to raise the organization's profile.
