Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a strategic, growth‑minded Head of Partner Solutions to accelerate partner channel sales, deepen executive relationships, and expand retirement and Ascensus solutions across institutional partners. You will lead a cross‑functional team, shape strategic partner plans, and drive measurable growth while balancing contractual commitments and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in financial services or retirement sectors with senior leadership experience.
• 10+ years in senior client-facing or growth leadership roles.
• Proven success in growing partnerships, sales, retention, and profitability.
• Deep knowledge of retirement market and distribution channels.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner solutions growth across institutional and strategic partners.
• Develop strategic partner plans with measurable sales objectives.
• Coordinate with Ascensus teams to enable partner-driven sales.
• Build executive relationships with current and prospective partners.
• Drive revenue growth, retention, and share-of-wallet expansion.
• Ensure governance, budgeting, and P&L accountability for partnerships.
• Represent Ascensus Retirement at events and thought leadership venues.
• Monitor client feedback and mitigate risk in partner relationships.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
