Qualifications
- 15+ years in financial services, retirement, or related partnerships.
- 10+ years in senior client-facing, growth, or leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead partners to sales, retention, and profitability goals.
- Experience managing large institutional or strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth of institutional and strategic partner business.
- Develop strategic partner plans with measurable objectives.
- Coordinate Ascensus resources to enable partner sales and growth.
- Represent Ascensus Retirement externally at events and conferences.
- Manage budget, P&L, and compliance for the department.
