The role partners with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, build user confidence, and accelerate time-to-value through effective onboarding, training, and enablement using data and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer onboarding programs or projects.
• Proven ability to train and enable customers for product adoption.
• Ability to leverage data and AI-enabled tools to improve onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding engagements and achieve onboarding milestones.
• Collaborate with Account Team to build onboarding plans aligned to goals.
• Conduct customer training sessions and enablement activities for adoption.
• Develop onboarding materials, resources, and project documentation.
