Job summary

Everyday Dose, Inc. is seeking a Head of FP&A to own forecasting, cash flow, and channel economics across our fast-growing D2C business.

This fully remote role reports to the SVP of Finance and leads the FP&A team, aligning finance with Marketing, Product, Retail and Ops. You will transform raw numbers into clear insights, scale planning cycles, and partner across departments to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of FP&A experience in omni-channel CPG
• Track record building scalable planning processes
• Comfortable working with a modern data warehouse plus a BI tool
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate analysis and modeling
• Experience mentoring team members
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership

Responsibilities

• DTC financial modeling: cohort, CAC/LTV, and retention-driven revenue forecasting
• Retail P&L, consumption planning & trade forecast
• Channel profitability analysis by SKU, channel, and account
• Cash flow & liquidity forecasting: weekly and monthly models
• Cross-functional forecast reviews with Marketing, Retail, and Ops
• New product & channel investment modeling with cross-functional teams
• Process & planning infrastructure to scale planning cycles
• Contribute to Board & investor reporting
• Mentorship to grow the team’s skills
