Job summary

OLIPOP is seeking a strategic VP of FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management as the company scales. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to translate strategy into financial priorities, develop scalable FP&A capabilities, and deliver data-driven insights for investment and growth decisions.

The role requires 12–15+ years in finance, strong leadership in FP&A, and experience in high-growth consumer products.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in FP&A or related functions.
• Experience leading FP&A in high-growth CPG/consumer products or similar environments.
• Proven ability to own enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning and enterprise financial modeling to support growth and profitability decisions.
• Own company-wide forecasting and budgeting with clear ownership and accountability across functions.
• Prepare board-ready financial materials and executive narratives with actionable recommendations.
• Build scalable FP&A processes, tools, and governance to support scale and performance.
