Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales enablement, distribution strategy, CRM, analytics, or BI with leadership.
• Experience expanding CRM within a distribution org; Salesforce preferred.
• Lead teams in analytics, reporting, or planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the distribution sales enablement strategy for PO and 3P channels.
• Establish planning disciplines, goals, formulas, and performance metrics.
• Drive CRM buildout, integration, and cross-workflow alignment.
• Advance AI-enabled capabilities within Salesforce and related tools.
• Translate data into KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Develop producer targeting and opportunity prioritization strategies.
• Lead data governance and executive communication.
