Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a Head of Distribution to lead sales enablement, analytics, CRM and AI enablement across Proprietary and Third-Party channels. This fully remote US role focuses on transforming enterprise data and market insights into actionable sales strategies that accelerate distribution growth.

You will build and roll out CRM capabilities, develop dashboards and KPIs, and guide leaders on which producers and opportunities to prioritize to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales enablement, distribution strategy, CRM, analytics with leadership responsibility.
• Experience building or expanding CRM capabilities, Salesforce preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex enterprise information into focused sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Distribution sales enablement strategy, translating data and market insights into growth plans for PO and 3P channels.
• Establish sales planning disciplines, goal-setting methodologies, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Identify growth, cross-sell, and relationship-expansion opportunities across business lines.
• Lead CRM implementation, integration, and alignment with distribution workflows.
• Advance AI-enabled capabilities within Salesforce and related sales tools.
• Drive adoption through governance and change leadership to embed tools in sales routines.
