Sprout Social is seeking a Senior Director of Decision Analytics to lead our centralized analytics and data science function within Strategy & Business Operations. You will drive a shift from retrospective reporting to predictive, insights-driven decisions that shape business outcomes across the company.

You’ll manage a transforming team, partner with senior stakeholders, and build an AI-forward analytics culture with scalable data foundations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics, data science, or related field with 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven success scaling centralized or hybrid analytics supporting multiple cross-functional units.
• Deep SaaS metrics fluency across ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, and activation.
• Ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Decision Analytics across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance.
• Set vision, standards, and operating model for the analytics function.
• Shift from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven decisions.
• Serve as primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders and drive impactful work.
• Build cross-functional alignment by understanding pods and stakeholder needs.
• Lead hands-on when needed and unblock complex analyses or models.
• Develop managers, analysts, and data scientists across domain pods.
• Collaborate with Data Enablement to ensure scalable data foundations.
• Champion AI-forward thinking and automation within analytics workflows.
• Drive change management through centralized analytics transformation.
