Job summary

Novakid is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to lead the analytics evolution, owning the analytics organization, technology transformation, data science, and data culture. This strategic leadership role accelerates ongoing transformation, advancing AI-enabled decision systems that scale with the business.

You will oversee analytics strategy, team leadership, AI-powered analytics, experimentation, and data science across Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in analytics within high-growth digital businesses.
• Proven ability to transform analytics toward scalable, self-serve, AI-enabled models.
• Hands-on SQL and fundamentals of analytics engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy and operating model aligned with growth and product.
• Lead analytics team embedded across product squads and business functions.
• Scale AI-powered analytics including AI-assisted insights and automated reporting.
• Strengthen experimentation and A/B testing practices for faster learning.
• Build a data science capability for forecasting, product features, and research.
• Drive KPI governance and a clear, trusted data foundation.
