You will shape the operating model, mentor a growing team, and partner with executive leadership to accelerate growth with AI-forward insights and scalable data foundations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years leading teams within SaaS or subscription businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Decision Analytics across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance.
• Set vision and operating model for Decision Analytics at Sprout Social.
• Drive proactive, insight-driven decision-making with measurable business impact.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-leverage analytics work.
• Build and develop a team of managers, analysts, and data scientists.
