Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Director of Revenue Analytics & AI Transformation to own the unified data model powering RevOps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This hands-on leader will build a small, expert team, ship AI-enabled analytics, and partner with Systems and Strategy & Operations to align data tooling and processes.

You will drive AI strategy, architect data models, and deliver executive dashboards, enabling faster, data-driven decisions in a fast-growing SaaS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or revenue/GTM analytics.
• Experience leading or building technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, modern data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Designing semantic and data models for multiple stakeholders (analytics, BI, AI).
• Leading AI adoption or transformation within GTM or Revenue organizations.
• Strong knowledge of AI tooling and trends; ability to separate hype from value.
• Proven track record as a player-coach, leading teams while remaining hands-on.
• Experience partnering with Revenue/GTM systems and Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the unified semantic and data layer for RevOps data.
• Define and drive the AI transformation strategy for Revenue Operations.
• Build and lead a small, technically strong team; write code and ship models.
• Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and analytics products.
• Ensure data architecture and tooling align across RevOps with other teams.
• Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI tools and vendors in business use cases.
• Establish data governance and documentation practices at scale.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and analyses for revenue strategy.
• Foster a fast, iterative build culture in the team.
• Partner with Revenue leadership on AI-enabled GTM transformations.
