Job summary

Busuu is seeking a Head of Decision Intelligence to anchor business-wide strategic intelligence and run the analytics hub day-to-day. You will partner with senior analytics stakeholders on metrics architecture and strategy, and with business leaders on analytics-driven narratives.

You will manage 3–4 analytics leaders, own weekly performance reporting, and shape monthly leadership reviews with a strong emphasis on rigor and narrative clarity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or consulting at scale.
• Proven player-coach experience leading 3+ analysts or data scientists.
• Strong commercial instinct linking analytics to revenue, retention, LTV, unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Anchor cross-functional business narratives and performance readouts across the organization.
• Develop 3–4 analytics leaders and provide career coaching and strategic partnership.
