Directive Consulting is seeking a Head of Creative to lead our Performance Design department in the United States. You will shape creative strategy, manage a multidisciplinary team, and align outputs with performance metrics and business goals.

You will own budgeting, resourcing, and the adoption of AI tools to sharpen output, while collaborating with paid media and client teams to ensure data-informed creativity that drives growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing creative teams.
• Experience presenting strategy and projections to executives.

• Own the creative vision and quality standard for the Performance Design department.
• Ensure work meets craft and conversion benchmarks across paid social, display, video, and landing pages.
• Review and elevate creative across campaigns and formats to optimize performance.
• Build systems and workflows to support high-quality output for clients.
• Lead incorporation of AI tools into production workflows and explore emerging tech.
• Own and manage the department P&L, budgets, and staffing decisions.
