Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. This role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to advance corporate objectives, optimize operational effectiveness, and strengthen Commercial Lines performance across IOA.

It drives workflow standardization, capacity planning, and best practices company-wide.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement to increase productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration and operational alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and operations to drive engagement and results.
• Promote optimal use of EPIC and related tech.
