Job summary

SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking a Sr Director, Sales Systems & Processes to scale and optimize our Sales systems and processes. You will define best-in-class GTM processes, own CRM/CPQ, forecasting, and reporting, and lead a global team reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations & Data Intelligence.

This remote role focuses on AI-enabled workflows and data governance across the sales stack, including SFDC. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to simplify processes, drive productivity,

Qualifications

• 10+ years owning sales processes and sales tech stack in GTM or Revenue Operations roles.
• Experience leading global teams (5+ years).
• Hands-on as business owner of core sales apps (SFDC, CPQ).
• Experience applying AI within a sales org and managing data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define best-in-class GTM processes and system capabilities.
• Lead strategic sales system initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Manage a global Sales Operations team and vendor relationships.
• Own data governance, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous productivity improvements.
• Oversee CRM, CPQ, forecasting, planning, and related tools.
