Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Presales - HCM Solution Consultant to join our team as a remote US-based role. You will translate HR capabilities into business value, focusing on executive-level conversations, solution design, and proof-of-concept support.

In this role you will partner with sales and consulting teams across the sales cycle, deliver technical presentations, and help advance HCM opportunities, leveraging deep HR domain knowledge and pre-sales consulting experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Talent, Recruitment, Learning, and Payroll.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based HCM applications such as SAP, or Oracle
• 3+ years of experience in a presales or sales consulting role
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-makers at the C-suite level
• Experience using AI tools in human capital management

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, workshops, and seminars
• Create design and implementation specifications for complex applications
• Assist sales teams in closing opportunities by addressing solution questions
• Contribute to opportunity qualification and demonstrate proof-of-concept builds
• Support sales, marketing, and technical objectives throughout the sales cycle
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand customer needs and current processes
• Leverage HCM knowledge to provide technical expertise during sales presentations
