MHR is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to support the growth of its People First HR technology platform across North America. You will work with Account Executives, Sales Development, Product Management and Professional Services to translate client needs into compelling demonstrations and strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HCM, HR technology or enterprise software.
• Consulting, presentation and commercial skills essential.
• Ability to handle complex sales cycles and engage executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting North America market
• Strong communication and collaboration with Sales, Product and Services teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and shape solution strategies.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations to HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and executives.
• Translate business requirements into clear solution capabilities and win themes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Professional Services to align proposals.
