Job summary

Rippling is hiring Solutions Consultants in the United States to support pre-sales for Rippling’s HR product suite. You will partner with the Sales team, understand prospect requirements, and demonstrate business value through technical content and tailored demos.

You will lead technical content creation, gather customer feedback, and stay current as a product expert across the Rippling platform. Travel up to 25% is expected; you will contribute to a best-in-class SC organization and drive

Qualifications

4+ years in a pre-sales role within HRIS/HCM/payroll or equivalent HR systems.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to support prospects during their evaluation.
Understand prospect requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s HR product suite.
Lead demos and POCs addressing business objectives.
Create, present, and maintain technical content for customers.
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Become a product expert across Rippling and understand the competitor landscape.
Collaborate with SC peers and leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization.
