Darwin Recruitment is recruiting an HCM Sales Executive for iSolved. This fully remote role across the USA (hybrid option in New York) carries a base of $80,000 with uncapped commissions and a 5% residual.

The first-year target is $200,000, with earnings growing as you win new business and expand existing relationships. You’ll prospect, qualify and close deals in HCM, HRIS, payroll and workforce management, building a strong client network and collaborating with implementation teams in a CRM-led

Qualifications

• Experience selling HCM, HRIS, payroll, workforce management or time and attendance solutions.
• Background in consultative B2B technology sales, ideally with SMBs.
• Track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Ability to identify customer needs, articulate value and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Win new business: identify, engage and convert prospective clients for HCM/HRIS/payroll solutions.
• Grow existing accounts: develop relationships and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Sell consultatively: understand client challenges and recommend solutions across payroll, HR, time and attendance.
• Build your pipeline: generate opportunities via CRM, prospecting and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close and implementation coordination.
• Develop market presence: attend industry events and client meetings; expenses covered.
• Collaborate with sales and implementation to ensure smooth customer journeys.
