Job summary

Systematic Business Consulting is seeking a Sales Specialist to cover the Cincinnati market on a remote basis. The role offers a base salary of $80K plus commission, with a company vehicle, phone, computer, and credit card provided to support field activities.

You will drive sales for standard overhead cranes and related industrial equipment, build strong customer relationships, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle while maintaining CRM records and territory plans.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment.
• Overhead crane/material handling experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for standard overhead cranes within your territory
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
• Prepare pricing proposals and manage opportunities through the sales process
• Conduct customer visits and evaluate crane applications and installation requirements
• Follow up on quotes, projects, and sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales pipeline information
• Develop sales plans, goals, and strategies for territory growth
• Monitor market and competitor activity and identify new opportunities
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and business planning
