About the Opportunity

Are you an ambitious HCM sales professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a growing territory, win new business, and maximise your earning potential?

We’re working with a growing provider of HCM, payroll, and HR technology solutions that supports over 1,000 clients. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a motivated HCM Sales Representative to develop new business across the Rochester, NY area.

This is a remote, client-facing position suited to someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.

The Role

As an HCM Sales Representative, you’ll focus on generating new business, developing your territory, and helping organisations identify the right HCM and payroll solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, prospecting, and winning new business across the Rochester territory.
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Engaging with business owners, HR leaders, finance teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored HCM, payroll, and HR technology solutions.
• Managing the sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and close.
• Developing long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for further growth.
• Working towards ambitious sales targets, with the opportunity to earn significant uncapped commission.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of three stages:

2. A ride-along day with an existing Sales Representative to gain insight into the role and customer interactions.
