Job summary

Netchex is seeking a remote HCM Onboarding Trainer to guide new clients through onboarding of HR modules, lead live training sessions, and serve as the client’s go-to contact from kickoff to go-live.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in software training or SaaS support, strong client relationship skills, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with our global implementation team to ensure accurate setups and effective training materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years training others, software or client training, or trainer role on a support team.
• Customer or client support experience, ideally with SaaS, HR or payroll software.
• Proven client relationship management: setting expectations, building trust and following through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical topics simply.
• Strong organization and time management across multiple clients.
• Self-motivated and proactive in learning new skills.
• Flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with HR processes or HCM software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick software learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of Netchex HR modules for new clients from kickoff to go-live.
• Plan and deliver engaging virtual training sessions for client administrators and end users.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients during onboarding.
• Respond promptly to client emails and questions, owning issues through resolution.
• Manage timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the global implementation team, for accurate setups.
• Identify recurring client questions and help improve training materials and onboarding processes.
