Job summary

Netchex is seeking an Onboarding Trainer to guide new clients through onboarding of HR modules. This remote, client-facing role requires strong training skills and a background in SaaS or HR software.

You will lead live sessions, serve as the main contact, and manage timelines across multiple clients. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of training experience, excellent communication, and the ability to build trusted client relationships in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience training others (software, client training, or trainer on a support team).
• Customer or client support experience, ideally with SaaS, HR or payroll software.
• Proven client relationship management: setting expectations and following through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical topics simply.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of Netchex HR modules from kickoff to go-live.
• Plan and deliver engaging virtual training sessions for client administrators and end users.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients during onboarding and ensure timely responses.
