Job summary

Paylocity, an award-winning cloud HR and payroll software provider, seeks a sales professional for a fully remote role in the U.S. You will build relationships, present solutions, manage the sales cycle, and help medium-sized clients optimize HR and payroll processes.

The position reports to the Director of Sales and requires a proactive, quota-driven approach with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years' experience in a sales position.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Move clients through the Paylocity system with required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client transitions.
• Develop prospects via telemarketing, referrals, and networks.
• Build relationships within broker channels and referral sources.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new services.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
