Paylocity in the United States is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to prospect and develop business relationships with potential clients, closing new and expanded sales agreements. Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment and maintain high activity levels.
• Proven track record of sales success and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities through various channels.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals with follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Organize, complete and obtain documentation for clients to move to Paylocity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Develop prospects via telemarketing, referrals, and other sources.
• Build and maintain relationships within the Broker channel and referrals.
• Maintain contact with existing customers to identify additional needs.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
