Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is hiring for a remote sales role in the U.S. The position focuses on generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding relationships with mid-market clients (49-499 employees).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required. College degree strongly desired.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities and prospect for new clients.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate documentation for client onboarding to Paylocity system.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Develop prospects through telemarketing and referrals.
• Build relationships with Brokers and referral sources.
• Maintain contact with existing customers to identify additional needs.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for the territory.
• Other duties as assigned.
