Alorica is seeking a Remote Healthcare Advocate based in Hawaii. You will assist customers from a home office, guiding them through questions and resolving issues with a people-focused approach.

Required a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales. A private home workspace, reliable broadband, and EST timezone availability are needed to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Work at home environment must be in a private residence and match the address on file.
• Internet connection should be broadband (DSL or Cable); Satellite, dial-up, or wireless not accepted.
• Workstation must have reliable internet with minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.

Responsibilities
