TriWest Healthcare Alliance in Hawaii is seeking a Healthcare Operations Specialist to provide non-clinical support for our healthcare operations teams. The role focuses on data entry, task processing in medical management and CRM systems, and handling phone communications to support access to care for the military community.

This remote-friendly position requires a High School diploma, US citizenship, and 3+ years in a medical office or managed care setting, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and U.S. citizenship.
• 3+ years in an administrative role within medical, health insurance, or managed care settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-entry across multiple IT applications.
• Must be able to obtain favorable DoD background investigation.

Responsabilités

• Process tasks in medical management and CRM systems per procedures.
• Handle registration requests in collaboration with care management staff.
• Answer and manage inbound/outbound calls related to medical programs.
• Perform outreach to secure documents and facilitate registrations.
• Respond to beneficiary, provider, and staff requests using standard processes.
• Coordinate tasks with operations leadership and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Identify issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Maintain a reliable attendance record.
