Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager to join the Terminal Logistics team to incubate, define and manage the end-to-end supply chain for our third-party hardware business. You’ll work directly with hardware vendors and cross-functional partners to define processes, roadmaps and day-to-day operations, delivering reliable logistics and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, operations, vendor management, logistics, or project management roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy for solving user problems.
• Data-driven decision making and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to execute and deliver complex operational projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with hardware vendors and measure performance.
• Define and manage end-to-end logistics flow for hardware customers (order to delivery).
• Define and manage end-to-end reverse logistics for new hardware partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Eng to define roadmaps for logistics automation and process improvements.
• Lead milestones and large-scale cross-functional initiatives related to ordering and reverse logistics.
• Prepare and monitor key metrics and reports on delivery timeliness and cost.
• Refine tools and processes to improve user experience and remediation plans across Stripe teams.
