Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the strategy, development, and expansion of Terminal hardware. You will define a multi‑year roadmap for Stripe‑built devices, third‑party hardware, and accessories, guiding the portfolio toward new markets.

You’ll partner with hardware, firmware, software, design, operations, logistics, partnerships, sales, legal, and regional teams to translate customer needs into concrete requirements, drive cross‑functional execution, and oversee

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent in complex technology.
• Demonstrated success shipping physical hardware or connected devices from concept through launch.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and launch plans for technical products.
• Experience partnering with hardware, firmware, and software teams.
• Strong judgment balancing user experience, feasibility, cost, and time to market.
• Experience with hardware development and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap for Terminal hardware.
• Define requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for end-to-end products.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and QA teams to guide development.
• Engage with external OEM/ODM partners to evaluate capabilities and build roadmaps.
• Lead global expansion, certifications, pricing, and launch readiness.
