Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager to join the Terminal Logistics team in Chicago. You will design and manage end-to-end supply chain for our third-party hardware business, coordinating with vendors, Product, Eng, Legal, Finance, and leadership to deliver efficient, compliant logistics.

You will drive process definitions, roadmaps, and day-to-day operations, focusing on ordering, reverse logistics, and performance metrics to enhance the customer experience and operational quality at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, operations, vendor management, logistics, or project management.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and resolve high-intensity problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy for solving user problems.
• Data-driven decision making and attention to detail.
• Ability to execute and deliver complex operational projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationship with hardware vendors with metrics.
• Define end-to-end logistics flow for hardware customers (order management).
• Define end-to-end reverse logistics for new hardware partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Eng to define roadmaps for logistics automation.
• Manage milestones and cross-functional initiatives including automation roadmaps.
• Prepare and monitor key user support indicators and reports (delivery on time and cost).
• Refine tools and processes to improve user experience; coordinate remediation with Stripe teams.
