Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and expansion of the Terminal hardware portfolio. You will drive multi-year roadmaps across Stripe-built and third-party devices, connectors, and ecosystems, partnering with hardware, firmware, software, design, and operations to deliver compelling device experiences.

You will engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to define requirements, validate concepts, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent leadership of complex technology products.
• Demonstrated success shipping physical hardware, connected devices, embedded products, or similar complex products from concept through launch.
• Experience defining roadmaps, requirements, prioritization, and launch plans for technical products.
• Ability to partner with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams and participate in technical product discussions.
• Strong judgment navigating trade-offs across customer experience, reliability, cost, and time to market.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap for Terminal hardware and devices.
• Define where Stripe should build, partner, or expand its hardware portfolio to meet customer needs.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria from concept to launch and iterations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide development and deliver high-quality device experiences.
• Partner with external vendors and partners to evaluate capabilities and deliver hardware.
• Lead global expansion of Terminal’s third-party hardware portfolio, including pricing and readiness.
