Job summary

Stripe in Chicago is seeking a Program Manager to join the Terminal Logistics team within the Product Experience Organization (PXO) to define and manage the end-to-end hardware supply chain with third-party vendors. You will interact directly with vendors and drive processes, roadmaps, and day-to-day operations to ensure seamless fulfillment.

The role requires coordinating with Product, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Tax, and external partners to implement metrics-driven improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operational, vendor management, logistics, or project management roles.
• Data driven decision making is your happy place.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with empathy for solving user problems.
• Comfortable navigating through ambiguity with a high bar for quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with hardware vendors and track performance metrics.
• Define and manage end-to-end logistics flow for hardware customers.
• Define and manage end-to-end reverse logistics with new hardware partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Eng to define roadmaps for logistics automation.
• Lead milestones for cross-functional initiatives including automation of ordering and reverse logistics.
• Prepare and monitor key user support indicators and cost delivery metrics.
• Refine tools and processes to improve the user experience and remediation plans.
