Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager to join the Terminal Logistics team within PXO. You will define and manage the end-to-end supply chain for third-party hardware, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive roadmaps, automation, and efficient fulfillment from order to delivery.

The role requires strong vendor management and logistics expertise, with a focus on continuous improvement and a seamless customer experience in hardware fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, operations, vendor management, logistics or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy for user problems.
• Ability to craft strategic fixes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationship with hardware vendors and track performance metrics.
• Define and manage end-to-end logistics flow for hardware customers, including order management.
• Define and manage end-to-end reverse logistics for new hardware partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Eng to define roadmaps for Logistics automation and process improvements.
• Drive milestones and cross-functional initiatives, including automation of ordering and reverse logistics.
• Prepare and monitor key indicators and reports on delivery timeliness and costs.
• Refine tools and processes to improve user experience and coordinate remediation plans with Stripe teams.
