Pop.store is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other channels. You will manage campaigns from setup to scale, optimize spend and bidding, and collaborate with creative and product teams to drive trial and customer growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing paid campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate data into action.
• Ability to own campaigns from setup to scale.
• Comfort with GA4, GTM, and pixel tracking.
• Startup environment adaptability and proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
• Adjust daily spend, bidding, and scaling based on performance.
• Track CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS and optimize accordingly.
• Analyze post-click funnel: ad to signup to trial to paid.
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to create clear briefs.
• Set up pixels, UTMs, GA4, and attribution.
• Identify causes of performance drops and recommend fixes.
• Summarize cross-channel data into actionable recommendations.
