Avigail Adam is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta and Google from onsite Langhorne, PA. You will manage budgets, audiences, and creative swaps, while tracking metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers and data.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Assist with day-to-day campaign management including budgets, audiences, and creative changes.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate performance.
• Maintain testing logs and performance trackers.
• Support reporting by pulling data and summarizing results.
