Maximus is seeking a remote Haitian Creole bilingual Quality Assurance Administrator to support the Florida Healthy Kids program operations and ensure compliance with established standards and Florida healthcare policies.

In this role, you will monitor calls, perform back-office quality reviews, and assist with special projects while providing backup support for the call center during peak times. A high school diploma and bilingual English/Creole are required.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related role is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor calls to ensure compliance with QA standards.
• Complete back-office quality reviews for performance and accuracy.
• Assist with special projects and program initiatives as needed.
• Provide backup support for the call center during peak times or high volume periods.
• Maintain organized documentation of reviews and findings.
• Adhere to Florida healthcare policies and program requirements.
