Job summary

Breeze Airways is hiring for a Guest Empowerment Team Member to support Guests via digital channels, troubleshooting web, app, and third-party issues. The role focuses on escalating tier-two problems, teaching Guests to self-serve, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with 100% remote training after one day of in-person orientation. The position requires flexibility, strong writing, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent writing skills with grammar & spelling
• Excellent reading comprehension
• Proficient typing at 50 WPM

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex situations for Guests
• Engage in continuous virtual conversations with Guests
• Research systems to find root causes of issues
• Mentor others as skillset expands
• Provide detailed feedback on opportunities to improve the Guest Experience
