Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs. You will lead GTM programs end-to-end, translating objectives into integrated plans, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This hybrid/remote role reports to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO; travel up to 25%; you will design governance, dashboards, and executive-ready updates to keep leadership informed and ensure timely decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience leading cross-functional GTM initiatives.
• Proven ability to design integrated program plans with milestones and owners.
• Strong ability to frame decisions with options and tradeoffs for execs.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, and Tech.
• Proficient in creating executive-ready updates and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM transformation programs from planning through execution and stabilization.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, and owners.
• Design governance, cadence, and stakeholder forums for visibility and momentum.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Enablement, Ops, Product, Tech, and Data to align plans.
• Create clear program updates and status reporting for leadership.
• Support change management and adoption within programs.
• Navigate ambiguity and coach teams on PMO practices.
