Job summary

Autodesk Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs. You will lead end-to-end GTM initiatives, translating objectives into integrated plans, rhythms, and clear execution paths that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, and Technology to align plans, surface tradeoffs, and drive timely decisions. This role reports to the GTM PMO and offers hybrid/remote work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing integrated program plans and managing dependencies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive timely decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, and Tech to align objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM transformation programs from planning to execution and stabilization.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, owners, and outcomes.
• Design governance, cadences, and stakeholder forums for visibility and momentum.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology to align plans and resolve blockers.
• Frame decisions with options and next steps to enable timely decisions.
• Create executive-ready updates, dashboards, and summaries.
• Ensure launch-to-run readiness with ownership and post-launch stabilization.
