Job summary

Owner is seeking a Talent Partner, GTM Sales, to own entry-level sales hiring for BDR/SDR roles and drive outbound sourcing across the Toronto market. You will build university programs and bootcamps, partnering with BDR/XDR managers to set profile standards and ramp expectations for new hires.

You will manage a high-volume recruiting process, evaluating candidates with limited performance history, while maintaining a fast, respectful candidate journey and strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience across full-cycle or sourcing.
• Experience handling high-volume screening while maintaining pipeline integrity.
• Excellent written communication for outreach to candidates.
• Sound judgment evaluating candidates without a quantified track record.
• Ability to work autonomously where processes are evolving.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle entry-level sales hiring from kickoff through offer.
• Drive outbound sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, direct outreach, competitor mapping.
• Develop university programs, sales bootcamps, alumni networks and referral loops.
• Partner with sales leaders to define profiles and calibrate ramp expectations.
• Own the candidate experience with a fast, clear, respectful process.
