Jobgether is seeking an experienced GTM recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for account executives, sales leaders, and other commercial roles across the United States. You will partner with Sales leadership to define role requirements, build targeted pipelines, and drive assessments that align with complex go-to-market strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, structured interviews, and close collaboration with hiring managers to meet ambitious hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success sourcing and closing sales talent for compliance or technology-enabled services industries.
• Experience recruiting account executives and sales leaders across GTM functions.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and recurring services.
• Ability to build qualified candidate pipelines through targeted outreach and market mapping.
• Skill in assessing sales performance and translating it into role fit.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end GTM recruitment for commercial roles from need definition to onboarding handoffs.
• Partner with Sales leaders to define role requirements, target segments, motions, and assessment criteria.
• Build high‑quality pipelines via targeted outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Evaluate candidates on sales achievements, pipeline performance, quota attainment, and deal execution.
• Implement structured interviews and work samples to assess consultative selling and delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate interviews, manage communications, and craft effective offer strategies to close candidates.
• Maintain recruitment forecasts, flag risks, and adjust plans to meet hiring targets.
• Collaborate to refine sourcing strategies using new-hire performance and retention data.
• Utilize recruiting tech, AI tools, and data analytics while protecting candidate information.
• Monitor hiring metrics and drive continuous improvement based on evidence and feedback.
