Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify, engage, nurture, and close passive candidates for competitive roles.
• Experience partnering with senior GTM leaders to define hiring strategy and drive searches to outcomes.
• Strong ability to analyze funnel metrics and adjust strategies to improve pass-through and time-to-close.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted outreach campaigns using market intelligence and persistent follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to align priorities, profiles, and hiring strategy to aggressive goals.
