Centric Software is seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter for a 6-month engagement, with potential to extend. This role focuses on attracting top sales and go-to-market talent, not technical recruiting.

You will hire across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and other GTM functions, building strong candidate pipelines and presenting Centric’s opportunities with credibility. The ideal candidate is energetic, connects well with people, and can operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting sales and go-to-market talent in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as Account Executive, Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success.
• Ability to assess sales talent beyond keywords and titles, including motivation and selling style.
• Self-starter with ownership of searches from intake through offer.
• Excellent storytelling and communication to convey Centric's value.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles from intake to close.
• Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and job boards.
• Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify candidates aligned with Centric's values and growth goals.
• Engage candidates with Centric's story and market opportunity.
• Coordinate feedback, conduct screens, reference checks, and assist with offers.
