You will own roadmap for GTM systems like Salesforce and Gong, drive cross-functional execution, and champion scalable automation to boost revenue growth and sales velocity.

You will design end-to-end sales processes from lead to renewal, establish data governance, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to inform leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in Business Product Ownership, Revenue Ops, or related roles.
• Deep experience with Salesforce and GTM tools such as Gong.
• Proven track record delivering product roadmaps in GTM/CRM environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current sales tools and improve Salesforce effectiveness across regions.
• Own GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong) and partner with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead the GTM stack optimization, automation, and global consistency.
• Stay ahead of trends on Salesforce and productivity tools to improve funnel conversion.
• Design end-to-end sales processes from lead through renewal to improve conversion and cycle time.
• Establish and manage data analytics and governance for sales funnel and performance.
• Define, track, and report on key funnel metrics and data accuracy across systems.
• Oversee CRM governance, audits, enhancements, and data standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations for data/process alignment.
