The role owns the GTM roadmap for systems like Salesforce and Gong, partners with technical teams, and drives data governance, reporting, and end-to-end sales processes from lead to renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Product Ownership, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., Gong, marketing automation platforms).
• Proven track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps in a GTM or CRM environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes (lead-to-close-to-renewal).

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and optimization of sales tools, processes, and analytics for global GTM.
• Own inform the product roadmap for GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) and partner with tech teams.
• Drive automation, usability, and global consistency of the GTM technology stack.
• Define and track funnel and sales performance metrics; ensure data accuracy and visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations to align processes and data flows.
• Work with global leadership to deliver insights, reporting, and tools to improve performance.
