Job summary

Ladders is seeking a GTM Process & Automation Manager to join a leader in the Transportation space. You will identify friction in sales workflows and design scalable, measurable process improvements in partnership with Sales, Enablement, and GTM Systems teams.

The ideal candidate brings an operator mindset to workflow optimization, automation, and cross-functional change management in a fast-moving environment, with hands-on experience in Salesforce and Gong.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement operations, or GTM engineering, ideally in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of improving process design through direct engagement with users and driving adoption with measurable results.
• Experience mapping end-to-end workflows and optimizing them through automation or integration.
• Ability to identify and prioritize manual tasks worth automating based on time and impact.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong; familiarity with Clay, n8n, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both frontline reps and executive leadership effectively.
• Ownership mentality with a commitment to continuous iteration and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze current sales processes by engaging with BDRs, AEs, and sales leaders
• Scope identified issues into defined problems with metrics for success and impact
• Recommend actionable solutions based on insights from field conversations and system data
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Enablement, and GTM Systems before implementing changes
• Build and optimize sales workflows using automation and integration tools
• Drive adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring they are integrated into daily workflows
• Measure and report on adoption and consistency metrics to leadership, addressing gaps as needed
