Aimpoint Digital is seeking a Go-to-Market Leader to build and scale our Anthropic partnership, shaping the GTM plan, market plays, and partner engagements. You will translate relationships into qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth, working across partnerships, sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

The role requires a commercially sharp, highly organized leader who thrives in ambiguity and can define offerings, enable teams, and drive adoption of Claude-enabled solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, GTM strategy, technology consulting, enterprise sales, or related roles.
• Experience building GTM plans, account plays, partner strategies, and executive communications.
• Ability to generate qualified pipeline, shape pursuits, and partner with sales teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Anthropic partnership and Aimpoint Digital's GTM.
• Manage relationships with Anthropic stakeholders across partner, field sales, product, and leadership.
• Define market-ready Claude/agentic AI offerings with practice leaders.
• Develop joint value propositions linking Anthropic capabilities to Aimpoint Digital strengths.
• Drive pipeline creation via account planning, plays, demos, workshops, and client introductions.
• Establish operating rhythms, enablement, and cadence for a scalable partnership engine.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and ABM motions to position the firm.
• Create reusable IP, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks for clients.
