Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a GTM Lead for Anthropic Partnership in Plano, TX. You will own the strategic GTM plan, drive campaigns and co-sell motions, and coordinate with the Alliances, Practice, and COE teams to scale enterprise AI initiatives.

You will translate partnership priorities into actionable GTM plays, enable sales teams, and develop Anthropic-specific assets and demos to unlock client value across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience across AI, data, tech consulting, solution engineering, presales, partner activation, product strategy, or business development.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AI/GenAI/LLMs, data science, ML, automation, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Anthropic, Claude, LLM patterns, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption considerations.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into GTM plays, client value propositions, enablement materials, demos, or sales motions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across sales, consulting, architecture, engineering, delivery, marketing, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the strategic GTM plan for the Anthropic partnership, including priorities and target accounts.
• Translate partnership strategy into GTM actions, campaigns, account plays, executive briefings, workshops, demos, and co-sell activities.
• Drive opportunities and pipeline across Geo, Industry, AI Consulting, Architecture, Delivery, Marketing, and partner teams.
• Identify high-potential client use cases where Anthropic solutions create differentiated value.
• Develop Anthropic-specific GTM assets and enablement content.
• Collaborate with AI Architects/FDEs to translate capabilities into practical solutions and demos.
• Lead seller education, GTM playbooks, and field readiness for Anthropic partnerships.
• Coordinate with Practice, COE, and FDE resources for technical enablement and solution patterns.
• Oversee governance, pipeline reviews, and joint GTM cadences with the Alliances team.
